This tired en-suite in a St.Albans home was completely reimagined into a sleek, modern space. The client wanted something minimal but still nice, with high-end finishes and clever use of lighting to make the space feel upgraded. The area was small but we managed to find a few smart plumbing work arounds to maximise the customer’s space without compromising on function. Work carried out by M&C ;

• Contemporary shower enclosure within bath with black-framed glass screen installed
• Large-format marble-effect tiles fitted for a clean, seamless look
• Hexagonal tile feature wall created behind sink and mirror
• Bespoke LED-lit circular mirror fitted to create a focal point
• New countertop basin and matte black fittings installed
• Custom-built wood-effect vanity unit installed for warmth and storage
• Final plumbing, silicone sealing, and finishing touches included
• All waste disposed of and skip provided
